Lloyd Irvin Web Success Secret #9: Create loyal fans by delivering outstanding value

The ninth Lloyd Irvin secret to web marketing success is about creating loyal fans by delivering outstanding value.

For your business to be successful, you need to keep your customers happy.

The idea that you want to shift products and take money off people as quickly as possible is not going to build long term relationships and is not going to make your rich.

It doesn’t matter whether you are selling a single e-book or a high-ticket coaching program; the key to success is what I call an unbalanced money-to-value exchange.

Unbalanced means it is lopsided – if you give me $2,000, I want to give you $4,000, $8,000, $10,000 or more in value.

The next part of the process is to get more customers, who spend more, stay longer, and buy more often.

For example, I have mastermind groups that range from $15,000 a year to $50,000 a year. People continue to come back and they give me that much money because I’m giving them back that much more money.

They were all once prospects and they came to one of my live events and I turned them into customers by getting them to spend money in an unbalanced money-to-value transfer.

Now, no matter how much they buy, I continue to give an unbalanced money-to-value transfer.

It’s easy if you have value.

If you don’t have value – or you can’t find someone and pay them to create something of value – then you can create good marketing and sell crappy stuff. But you’ll get a bad name, a bad reputation and be out of business quick.

You’ll still make money because you have good marketing by that’s not what we’re doing. We’re trying to create value.

Value is the key to having customers return and to building business success.
